Terms of Service & Sale

1. Purpose
Raffly (the "Service"), published by a French sole proprietorship (the "Publisher", identification details available on request at hello@raffly.tech), provides a tool to automate entries into the prize draws ("raffles") offered on Amazon marketplaces. These terms govern the use of the Service and the sale of subscriptions.
2. Account
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You must be of legal age and have the capacity to contract.
3. Description and use of the Service
The Service enters raffles on your behalf using the Amazon accounts you add. You agree to add only accounts of which you are the legitimate owner and to use the Service in accordance with the law.
4. Amazon accounts and related risks - important
You acknowledge and accept that automating entries, or using multiple accounts or proxies, may breach Amazon's terms of use. Using the Service is your sole decision and your sole responsibility. The Publisher is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Amazon.
You bear all resulting risks, including, without limitation, the suspension or closure of your Amazon accounts and the loss of access or orders. The Publisher cannot be held liable for these consequences.
5. No guarantee of results
The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher guarantees no result, in particular no invitation, product, or raffle win, nor uninterrupted availability of the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's liability, for all damages combined, is limited to the amount paid by the user during the last three (3) months. The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
7. Plans and pricing
- Starter: €9.99 / month.
- Pro: €37.99 / month.
- Business: custom pricing (on quote, via hello@raffly.tech).
Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The Publisher may change its prices; any change applies from the next billing cycle.
8. Payment and subscription
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancellation. In the event of non-payment, access to the Service may be suspended.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate access to the Service (digital content/service), you accept its immediate performance and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is due unless required by mandatory law. The Publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
11. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
